System Overview
The EnerCube3.0 containerized Battery Energy Storage System features an innovative All-in-One modular design that integrates the battery PACK, intelligent energy storage converter (PCS), power distribution unit (PDU), automatic fire extinguishing system (FFS), temperature control system (TCS), and intelligent monitoring system (IMS) into a single 20HQ standard container. This integrated approach saves valuable application space while facilitating transportation, hoisting, installation, and maintenance. The plug-and-play design significantly reduces on-site construction time and costs.
The EnerCube3.0 system supports integrated transportation with batteries, featuring single clusters in cabinets with thermal isolation between clusters for independent maintenance. The air-conditioner, FFS, and BMS operate independently, while clusters utilize an exclusive patent to prevent open flame leakage. Combined with the self-developed operation and maintenance platform, the system enables rapid fault prediction and location.
