5.5kW / 6.2kW 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter with MPPT

The 1stess GM5500-48PL and GM6200-48PL are single-phase 48V hybrid solar inverters engineered for residential solar battery storage, off-grid power and light commercial backup projects. They combine PV, utility and battery integration with pure sine wave output, supporting grid-tie, off-grid and backup operating modes.

Choose the 5.5kW GM5500-48PL for up to 5500W PV input and 100A solar charging, or the 6.2kW GM6200-48PL for up to 6500W PV input and 120A solar charging. Both models feature one MPPT tracker, a 60–500Vdc MPPT operating range, a 500Vdc maximum PV input voltage and up to 80A AC charging. Maximum charging current is model-dependent.

For expandable solar energy storage systems, the range supports up to 12 units in parallel. RS232, RS485 and an external CT port support system integration. Lithium battery activation by PV or utility and lithium battery communication are listed features; confirm the required BMS protocol and battery operating window for each project.

The front LCD and physical buttons provide local control. Twin cooling fans and side ventilation are visible hardware features, while optional Wi-Fi monitoring supports compatible PC or phone access. The specified operating temperature is -10°C to 50°C, and maximum DC-to-AC conversion efficiency is 94%.
