The 1stess EM Series offers pure sine wave solar inverters with 220/230Vac output for solar distributors, importers, procurement teams and EPC contractors. With built-in MPPT solar charging, model-specific 12V, 24V or 48V battery configurations, and optional WiFi monitoring, the range supports residential solar power and appropriately sized small commercial backup power projects.
Choose the inverter around the actual load profile, PV array and battery system. The EM Series combines a power factor of 1.0 with support for battery-free operation, giving system integrators flexibility when planning compatible solar power configurations.

Pure Sine Wave Output for Solar and Backup Power Systems
EM Series inverters deliver 220/230Vac ±5% output at 50/60Hz. Published peak efficiency is 96% from PV to inverter and 93% from battery to inverter. These are peak values, not guaranteed efficiency under every operating condition.
For EPC contractors and solar installers, capacity selection should account for continuous demand, appliance starting loads and available battery discharge current. The published transfer time is 10ms for the personal-computer setting and 20ms for the home-appliance setting; assess whether connected equipment tolerates the specified interruption.
Built-in MPPT Solar Charging
The integrated MPPT solar charger supports PV array design within the selected model's voltage, current and power limits. The maximum PV open-circuit voltage is 500Vdc. The 8.5kW and 11kW models list two solar inputs, with maximum PV array power of 2 × 5,000W and 2 × 5,500W respectively.
Check cold-weather string open-circuit voltage, operating voltage and input current before finalizing a bill of materials. PV input power and inverter AC output power are different ratings and should not be used interchangeably.
LiFePO4 Battery Integration and Optional Monitoring
The EM Series supports lithium battery communication through RS485. Select a compatible LiFePO4 battery with the correct nominal system voltage, BMS protocol, charge settings and discharge capability. RS485 availability alone does not guarantee compatibility with every battery brand.
